Acid Reflux Pillows
Some experts advise a special pillow that is made for suffers of acid reflux.
Sleep positioning may affect esophageal reflux. Elevating the head during sleep by raising the bed and not just the pillow will decrease reflux associated with GERD symptoms. It is best to avoid: large meals or lying down after meals, eating within three hours of bedtime and exercising after meals.
